Dans un magnifique parc en bord de Vesdre L'appartement est en duplex se trouve et est luxueusement équipé avec sauna et jacuzzi prof privatif La cuisine est ouverte sur le vaste et confortable séjour où se trouve un salon et une grande salle à manger. Le gîte dispose de deux chambres chacune équipée d'un lit double avec salle de bain privative. Pour une réservation de 2 pers, seule une chambre sera accessible (sauf supplément). A l’extérieur vous trouverez un jacuzzi Hotspring et un BBQ.

Waar nu de zeer ruime woonkamer zich bevindt, stonden enkele jaren geleden de balen hooi en stro en de meterslange essenhouten fruitladders uitgestald tegen de eiken trossen. De Loft is 110 m2 groot en ligt aan de rand van het dorp 's-Gravenvoeren.

In addition, you will also find the Bassin and the renovated Sphinxkwartier within walking distance. Shops, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. Possibility for short-stay & long-stay residency.

Space and peace in center Maastricht

The spacious , tastefully decorated apartment is on the third floor of our house from 1905, 7 minutes from the Vrijthof staying in an oasis of calm. You live with us in privacy. The second bedroom is the mezzanine in the living room, accessible with a rather steep but easy to walk miller staircase. Silence in the house between11.00 pm and 7.00 am. Of course, homecoming is allowed later than 11 pm. At arrival you must pay touristtaxes, €3,80 each a night.

Its situated in an old monumental building from the late 17th century. The studio is on the ground floor wich means you dont need to clime any stairs. Its a 5-10 minute walk from the central station.
