The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It was completely redone this spring and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with views to die for. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

With lots of trails and the Susquehanna River close by, your family can spend many hours hiking in southern Lancaster County. Experience the local Britain Hill Vineyard,coffee,and ice cream shops nearby. The charming city of Lancaster with its many authentic restaurants is only a 20 minute drive. The Barn at Legacy Manor is newly remodeled and is a unique and luxurious stay. The main living area has brick floors throughout and each full bathroom has heated floors. The large great room has a 10 ft wide fireplace with a propane burning open log set, and surrounding balcony. The kitchen is spacious and has lots of natural light. There are 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The shared yard on the other side of the parking lot fence has a putting green, fire pit area, and a kids play set.

It has a private entrance that is separate from the rest of the house. There is access to the pond, hot tub , game house and other amenities on the 2 acre property.

There is a fishing pond with paddleboat, canoes etc.

The loft is in a newly renovated barn, located on our small farm in Gap PA. The location is approximately 15 min from Lancaster County’s main attractions. (please see below for more details on location) We have the cutest pony named Snickers who is accompanied by his two bunny friends. He loves when guests stop by to say hi!😊
