Downtown Lander Home: 3 Large Beds & Workspace

You'll love this renovated & convenient gem in the heart of downtown Lander! We lovingly call it "Creek Retreat" for its sweet creek frontage that brings the deer to the yard. This house retains a modern feel from its construction era, while being completely remodeled: NEW electrical, plumbing, full kitchen, windows, insulation, HVAC, bathroom & laundry room. There's a dedicated workspace with Internet, and this centrally located 3 bedroom home is within 1 mile of just about everything in town!

Historic homestead - Walk to Mainstreet, City Park, community center, and river walk. Base camp to your Sinks Canyon and the Wind River mountain excursions. 1 queen bed and an 82" non-pullout sofa will sleep up to 3 adults. This little home was one of the earlier settlements established here in Lander, so keep in mind that it is no spring chicken. We have worked diligently to provide a fresh and modern experience, while maintaining as much character as we could. We hope you enjoy its charm!

JMA Granary

If you're looking for a unique stay - you've come to the right place. The JMA Granary is quiet, cozy and comfortable! We have a nice port-a-potty in the outhouse, next to the Granary and a shower too! The shower is not available in the winter months. Guests are welcome to use the restroom and shower at the Crows Nest too. It has a flushable toilet. Your neighbors are a few horses, rabbits, Muscovy ducks and a few chickens. The granary is 15' in diameter, has air conditioning, heat and Wifi.

Located one minute’s drive to Sinks Canyon, The Trailhead includes two king bedrooms, one bathroom, washer/dryer, and a bright, airy kitchen and living room. Enjoy the views of the foothills, and relax in the peace and quiet. Ride/run/hike the trails across the street at ASI. You will be five minutes to town and minutes to adventures. Enjoy the peaceful Little Wind River while relaxing on the spacious deck from which abundant wildlife viewing is available. Photographs of moose, deer, antelope, fox, otters, beavers, muskrats, mink, and raccoons have been taken from the comfort of the deck. A spotting scope with universal phone adapter is available for your use. Firewood is also available for the fire pit just feet from the beautiful river.

You are 5 minutes from downtown Lander and 15 minutes from Sinks Canyon. This property features 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, upstairs living room and downstairs living/game room. Recently renovated in 2021-2022! Deck renovations in 2025. New mattresses and deck/balcony furniture! We are on well water and can hear the pump run occasionally.

North Fork Cottage

This is the spot for relaxing after a day of activities near Lander, WY. Enjoy views of the Wind River Range from the porch, catch a beautiful sunset, or stroll around the 3-acre property. There is private and public river access available from the property. Feel free to use the barbecue grill or fire-pit near the river. There is one other listing on the property and the hosts are nearby if you should need assistance. We hope you enjoy your time at the cottage!

Cabin at Grass River Retreat

This 500 square foot cozy cabin rests at the edge of the Popo Agie River,Sit on the front porch, light the campfire, roast a marshmallow, and relax. It has a queen bed and a full size sofa sleeper. Best suited for two adults and one child. This is not a kid friendly property during high water season (May-June.) There are NO fences blocking the river. Leashed dogs allowed. NO cats please.
