We are conventional grass seed and hazelnut farmers who live next door and farm on the property. This home is nestled in a mature hazelnut orchard further surrounded by grass fields. Beautiful views everywhere you look. **Please note: There is no smoking allowed anywhere on our property

In addition to the hot tub, guests like the tall ceilings, the pellet stove, the overhead door that opens up into the backyard, and the front porch that makes for a calm setting sheltered from the nearby ocean winds. Being on the north side of Florence puts you close to: sand dunes(1 mi), Baker beach (2.7 mi), sea lion cave (5mi), Cape Perpetua area/Yachats (18mi).

This spot is within 5 minutes of the Eugene airport, and 10 minutes of downtown Eugene, it's the perfect in-between! We offer free wifi, Roku TV, and Netflix. We have a large fenced in area for dogs and the wetlands across the street for bird viewing or walking. This spot is a great outdoor getaway or stopping point during travels.
