We are conventional grass seed and hazelnut farmers who live next door and farm on the property. This home is nestled in a mature hazelnut orchard further surrounded by grass fields. Multi car parking. Koi and frog pond. A Treehouse with stairs and adult swing set.

You will love our art studio, it's a little off the beaten path but super quite, safe and you can see deer grazing in the pasture. The studio offers self check-in/out has it's own little yard. The studio is great for short or longterm stays, business travelers, families, and furry friends (dogs). 1000 sq. feet with natural light and high ceilings with two private rooms. Master bed has Bamboo sheets from Cozy Earth. We live in the house and are generally available to help with anything.

We live on a 10 acre Hazelnut farm that is 10 minutes from the Eugene airport, 15 minutes from the U of O campus, and 45 minutes from OSU's campus. Hazelnuts are the crop of choice as you will notice while driving down Lone Pine Dr. You will wake up to the sound of birds singing as well as the views of the orchards out the cottage windows. Before exploring please let us help guide that. Certain times of the year the garden is available for a snack as well as the fruit trees.

Quick travel to fine food, great adult beverages, and Univ. of Oregon Ducks athletic events. Midway between the Coast and the mountains (1 hr each).

This is the perfect place to host a family and even a work retreat!

The space is a 1 bedroom cottage in our fully fenced back yard surrounded by gardens in the front and a chicken run in the back. It’s away from the street and pretty quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is small but has everything necessary for cooking meals. Fresh eggs, u-pick blueberries, strawberries and garden veggies are available when in season. I’ve included everything for yoga and a large assortment of board games and puzzles for kids.

There is a pavillion with a gas fire pit and pellet grill.
