Ocean is steps away to paddle board/kayak/ canoe/swim or walk along the public bedrock shoreline. Close to hiking & biking trails, such as Galloping Goose Trail & Sooke Potholes. Plus, nearby fishing & whale watching charters. Or, just relax. Note: House being built on lot beside Airbnb; Sept 27/25. Foundation is done.

Beautiful fully contained legal garden suite located on outskirts of Langford. Parking available in our driveway, steps away from private entrance with keypad entry. Includes Netflix, WIFI, in-suite laundry and a fully stocked kitchen. If you love nature while having all the luxuries of shopping & amenities, this is the place for you. Dogs are allowed with a $20 charge per dog per night, sorry no other animals allowed. It is a family house & we do live above, you might hear toddler footsteps.
