The suite has two bedrooms each with king size beds, one bathroom, media room/office space, full kitchen and full laundry. There is a large outdoor covered patio space with outdoor dining, lounging and BBQ.

Our spacious and quiet 1 bedroom suite is perfect for 3 guests (1 queen and 1 twin folding bed). If 4-5 guests (excluding infants) are staying, a folding queen bed will be set for the additional guests in the living room area (No extra charge). Our house is located in Langford, just mins from downtown Victoria. With a 2 mins walk to Florence Lake, and a 4 mins drive to shopping centres, you can easily reach everything you need and quickly access Highway 1 to explore the beauty of Island.

Nearby, you’ll find charming farms and restaurants. The closest bus stop is 2 km away. Your suite includes a fridge, microwave, Keurig, and kettle for basic meal prep. No smoking or scented products, please!

Nestled above the Sooke basin, you can take in the stunning views from our spacious balcony or from our cozy bed. Our sunsets are not to be missed! The main cabin features a new queen bed, a spacious work desk, and a cozy loft bed with a reading nook. The second cabin includes the kitchen, dining area, incinerator toilet, and shower.

Enjoy a king sized bed and a loveseat for watching TV. The loveseat is not big enough to sleep. Pls inform me of any breakfast preferences. Beach toys and some water toys as well as life jackets are available for use. Amazing year round accommodation with guaranteed relaxation!

We live upstairs and are attentive hosts.
