Nestled in the foothills of Whatcom county, this 20 acre private escape will give you a delicious taste of off grid living. Come celebrate Nature's gifts and enjoy a magical place. There is a trail climb up to the cottages from parking. This is the only way the property is accessible and you will be required to carry your things.

Built in bookshelves contain an array of books to unwind with, teach you, or feed your curiosity. The kitchen is well equipped and we have the 'Covid Cleaning' down now. Nestled up against a hillside, it is quiet at night. This little community of cabins is being enhanced. Walking distance to the 'heart' of Birch Bay. Near the State Park.

Don't miss the secret trail to Red Mountain—just steps from the driveway—or explore countless scenic hikes in the area. Bookings are only offered with a guided boat taxi ride from Deep Cove, round trip included per booking. Generally guests remain at the cabin for the duration of their stay making it necessary to bring all groceries needed. Once at Fernleecove the property offers a natural setting to enjoy the ocean & woods from a comfortable cabin hideaway.

There is ample parking on site for truck and trailer. Enjoy nature and hiking at beautiful Cascade Falls, which is also only minutes away.

In the woods just off beautiful South Pass Rd, we are sharing our guest cabin for other people to enjoy. This cabin feels spacious inside and sleeps 4 people. It is stocked with all necessities. Enjoy the privacy, the wildlife and nature surrounding you. Have a campfire in the solo-stove, or BBQ your dinner. Explore the private woods or trails, a map is provided (or drop a pin on your phone). One dog allowed. Keep dog and children under supervision because of wildlife and creeks.

Enjoy the best of the North Cascades! This cabin is located in a small neighborhood about 30 min from Bellingham (to the West) and 40 from Mt. Baker ski area (to the east). When you are done for the day retreat back to the cabin where you can relax in the hot tub, cook a meal in our full kitchen and cozy by the wood burning stove while you unwind.
