Its private, set within our garden overlooking Carn Brea Castle and The Great Flat Lode with views towards St Ives Bay, the North Cliffs and to the right is St Agnes Beacon. A nineteenth century Cornish miner's cottage in the heart of Cornwall with lots of original features. The cottage is on a quiet lane overlooking Carn Marth hill, fields, tin mines and Bissoe coast-to-coast bike trail. There is a safe, secure private enclosed garden, sheltered courtyard and parking, including EV charging. The beach is a 10 minute drive away with excellent access to the north and south coasts. There are bike racks and racks for drying wetsuits after a day at the local beaches.

It is situated for travelling around Cornwall and has beautiful walks on your doorstep such as the Old Tram Way. It's an upside down house with two bedrooms, utility and shower room downstairs all opening up to an enclosed patio. An open plan living area upstairs has a second door opening to the hot tub level and has it's own parking.
