Cozy Getaway Suite-Style Attached Cabin

Blue Spruce B offers a cozy getaway in this suite-style attached cabin with a ¾ bath, queen bed, and full sleeper sofa. Unwind in front of a wood-burning fireplace just one mile outside Rocky Mountain National Park or explore downtown shopping and dining minutes from your door. Amenities include a kitchenette and propane BBQ grill, vaulted ceilings, cable TV and covered porch. Enjoy free DVD movie rentals throughout the year with complimentary snowshoe rentals available during the winter. Free Wi-Fi. Dogs welcome with approval ($15 per dog/per night) but no other pets and no smoking, please. Sleeps four.

Private Cottage

Our Cottage is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains, town. 3 miles to Old Town, 1 mile to the foothills. It's quiet, peaceful with a country feel, yet close to many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and queen size sofa sleeper. Full size washer/dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage. There is a wood burning stove and we will provide the wood.

However, there’s a large smart TV and electric stove with a stocked kitchen. -There are cameras around the outside of the property to protect our property.

Cozy EP cottage close to Main Street, the Stanley and Rocky Mountain National Park. 2 bedrooms 1 bath in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to enjoy downtown EP yet experience the wildlife of Estes. There is no smoking at the cottage either inside or out. If you, or one of your guests smoke please choose different accommodations. The cottage does have a garage/basement however parking in the garage is prohibited due to the tight fit.
