This is a private apartment on the second story of a charming Folk Victorian house built in 1905. It has a private entrance, private balcony, full kitchen, and washer/dryer. There are 2 bedrooms, each has a queen size bed. The family room has a queen size pull out-couch. There is a private deck and fenced in yard included.

The space also includes a bunk room with a twin bunk, a luxurious bathroom, and a microwave and mini fridge. Relax and enjoy the views while staying at a centralized location in Loveland. Only 2 miles from I-25 and 1 mile from highway 34!

A few things to note first! - We live upstairs with our two children, so while we always try to be courteous, some noise may travel. - There is no air-conditioning, but the space stays comfortably cool during summer (and we have circulating fans). Our new one bedroom unit is located near beautiful open farmland - with only a short 5 minute drive to Old Town!

Our place is very private - just 3 miles from I-25 with magnificent views of the Front Range. We have 4 acres in the middle of farm land and share it with goats and Maddie. Maddie is a “free range” pig who loves roaming the property and saying hello. The space is private and has a full kitchen/bath and W/D. We are centrally located between Estes Park (and Rocky Mtn NP) , Boulder, Ft. Collins, Denver, Greeley, Loveland and Longmont.
