Apartman je renoviran 2024. godine. Obiteljska tradicija iznajmljivanja apartmana traje od 1980. godine. Apartman je okrenut prema moru, gdje možete uživati na balkonu s prekrasnim pogledom na more i otoke. Nalazi se u samom centru Brela, svega 4-5 minuta od centra, plaže i svih aktivnosti. Restorani, supermarket, pekara, kafići, ljekarna, crkva i plaža mogu se obići pješice, a parking vam je besplatan. Domaćin će vas dočekati i dati vam sve preporuke. Apartman idealan za parove i solo putnike.

Apartment is located on the second floor of the old stone house right on the sea. It is 5mins walking distance to the promenade and just above the beach. It has fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a private balcony with a view over the sea and Biševo island. It is equipped with LCD tv, air condition, wi-fi, ceiling fan in bedroom (in winter time heater if necessary). With the apartment rental comes the possibility of using a double seated kayak during the stay.

Apartment is located on the ground floor of the house right next to the sea which has 60 years of hospitality tradition in Komiza. We hosted famous actors, musicians, diplomats and politicians. It has fully equipped kitchen,one bedroom, living room with sleeping area, toilet and beautiful balcony with an amazing view on sea and Bisevo island. It is equipped with LCD television, air condition and wi-fi .

My place is close to family-friendly activities and nightlife. You’ll love my place because of Sun, Sea, Views, Local charm & food. My place is good for couples, groups of friends, and families (with kids). We also have a boat dock and 2 kayaks (1 single, 1 double). The house has air conditioning, WIFI & Satellite TV. This is the only home on the property.
