All the second floor is for the gests (55m²) : you can live in a place almost independant ... including 1 room with one double bed (or 2 individual beds) and private bathroom, and 1 artist studio transormed into livingroom with one bed for another guest (+ 50€).The bathroom is shared. Breakfast is served downstairs, in the morning at the requested time and is included in the price of the room. The hosts Erik and Dominique live on the second floor. Il faut monter 3 étages à pied mais le balcon sur lequel vous prendrez votre petit déjeuner en admirant la cathédrale sera votre récompense ! Entièrement équipé et meublé d'antiquités, notre appartement logera 4 invités avec un lit queen size et un canapé convertible très comfortable. Nous sommes très disponibles pour faire que votre séjour reste inoubliable !

L'appartement est divisé en 2 hébergements fermant chacun avec sa clé L'entrée de l'appartement est commune aux 2 hébergements. L'hébergement des voyageurs avec vue sur la Tour Eiffel n'est pas partagé, c'est comme un studio avec balcon. Il y a un espace chambre avec un lit Queen size, 1 armoire-penderie, lampadaires, cuisine équipée et petit espace douche. Le WC est en face la chambre. Au balcon : 1 table et 2 chaises, un espace est réservé au jardinage.

My apartment is near the Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est and it is perfect for couples, people traveling alone, business people and families (with kids). We have 2 guest rooms. Each room can accommodate 2 people, with the possibility to add 1 bed for one more person (+ 30 €). We guarantee our reliability and the quality of stay based on a rich, 20-year experience of running bed & breakfast accommodation.

Chambre privée dans mon appartement comportant 3 chambres d’hôtes dans le Marais à deux pas de la place des Vosges et de la place de la Bastille. La chambre dispose d’un cabinet de toilette privatif avec lavabo, douche et WC. Le petit déjeuner est compris. J'habite dans cet appartement et pourrai vous apporter mon aide pour toute question pendant votre séjour.

Fully equiped kitchen, Bathtub, Wifi. Let the ladder lead you to accessing the cosy, under-the-roof mezzanine with a very comfy double bed.
