This historical apartment has been luxuriously refurbished with bespoke furniture in 2019. If the buiding has over 400 years of history, it was still until then the residence of a famous former minister, MP, and campaign head of President Mitterrand, who also lived 20m away. Situated on a little street, quiet but close to everything, 6 min walk from the RER direct to airports or Versailles, 50m from a metro, and only 100m away from Notre-Dame. Covid: hosts & cleaning lady are Pfizer vaccinated.

Le Saint-Landry is a two bedroom flat built on two levels in the historical heart of Paris, the ile de la Cite, mostly famous for housing Notre-Dame, the Sainte-Chapelle and the Conciergerie. Seven windows, of which two face the Town Hall with the Seine in between, make the place bright. It was built in the 18th century over a 13th century vaulted anchorage on the edge of the former Port Saint-Landry which was the first harbor of the city.

Greetings and welcome:) I love hotels but the beauty of Airbnb is to be in a local’s house, and I kindly remind my future guests this is my home, not a hotel:) I live in a beautifully renovated top 1100sq feet floor apartment steps away from the Mouffetard area, the Pantheon and the Luxembourg garden. The apartment is very bright, with skylight, windows overlooking the Parisian rooftops, 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
