The Petit Versailles 17th Century Apartment offers an exceptional experience for your stay in Paris. It is located in the heart of Paris, in the Marais district, on Rue du Temple—one of the oldest streets in the city—with an exceptional view of Temple Square. The apartment is perfectly designed for a loving couple, a writer, or a businessperson in search of inspiration and stimulation in life. This historical apartment has been luxuriously refurbished with bespoke furniture in 2019. If the buiding has over 400 years of history, it was still until then the residence of a famous former minister, MP, and campaign head of President Mitterrand, who also lived 20m away. Situated on a little street, quiet but close to everything, 6 min walk from the RER direct to airports or Versailles, 50m from a metro, and only 100m away from Notre-Dame. Covid: hosts & cleaning lady are Pfizer vaccinated.

Vous y trouverez un agréable salon avec cuisine américaine équipée ainsi qu'une chambre double spacieuse. L’appartement est muni d'un balcon donnant sur Jussieu. Très bien desservi par les transports avec les ligne de métro 7 et 10 et de nombreux bus, vous êtes à 10 min à pieds de l'Eglise Notre Dame, du Jardin des Plantes et 2 min de l'Institut du monde arabe.

Le Saint-Landry is a two bedroom flat built on 2 levels in the historical heart of Paris, the ile de la Cite, mostly famous for housing Notre-Dame, the Sainte-Chapelle and the Conciergerie. Seven windows, of which two are along the quai aux Fleurs and face the Hotel de Ville, allow the apartment to be flooded with light. It was built in the 18th century over a 13th century vaulted anchorage on the edge of the former Port Saint-Landry which was one of the first harbors of the city.

Vous aurez accès, GRATUITEMENT, sur simple demande, pour 2 personnes, à volonté, à une salle de FITNESS et une magnifique PISCINE historique Art Déco, récemment restaurée, très rafraîchissante en été, situées à 4 MN de l’appartement.
