Ocean's Daughter Desert Retreat

We invite you to vacation in the desert with the spirit of the ocean in our three bedroom and two bath retreat. The open concept living room has a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. The fenced yard has a pool, hot tub, hammock, outdoor shower, barbecue, and a wood fire pit. There is ample seating in both sun and shade surrounded by palm trees. Our air-conditioned home is in a gated community 90 minutes from the Las Vegas Airport and ten minutes across the river from Laughlin, Nevada.

Shuffleboard, ping pong, pool table, and more this home has everything you need. This home boasts a 3 car boat deep garage so there is plenty of space to park and store your water or desert toys. When you drive through the private gate of this riverfront estate, you realize you've arrived in paradise. With TWO separate homes plus a private beach & dock, jet ski ramps, outdoor bar with bbq, commercial misters & BT stereo. Spend the day on the river/beach, swimming & boating. By night, take a 5 min UBER ride to the casinos for dinner & dancing, maybe relax at home playing pool, cornhole or sit around the firepit with a cocktail in hand making memories. 1 Bedroom Riverfront Guest House with Dock.

Enjoy fantastic views and comfortable surroundings. This is the lower level guest house of our riverfront vacation home. It has a private entrance with access to the boat dock. Enjoy river and mountain views from the living room, full kitchen and patio. Bring your jet skis and fishing poles we are on the deep part of the river. The dock and patio are shared with the main house. Main house is not a rental. The space is not kid friendly.

Close to restaurants, grocery, gas and even the casinos. Our home has perfect views inside and out with a large, covered patio with BBQ. Have fun on our beach, swim, fish of the dock or play on the large grass area. Or just relax and enjoy the scenery. Fun for the whole family!!!
