Located on the cusp with Glyfada, it's a 7-min walk to the famous Fashion District and only a 4-min walk to the Tram which runs to Piraeus, Acropolis, Syntagma, Airport. The small apartment is located on the beach, in the center of the city.Very close to restaurants, cafes,bakery,grocery and pharmacy.There are also beach bars,surf clubs with umbrellas and chairs.The bus station is 2' away while the distance from the Rafìnas port and the airport of Athens is 5km, and I can arrange a taxi for your transfer at any moment.The apartment has two rooms with one double bed and one sofa-bed,one bathroom and a kitchen.Can accommodate 4 people.I be will be glad to see you!

Further (42k) is Lavrio and its port to other islands (tzia, kythnos etc) and the temple of Poseidon at cape Sounio (24 km). Ιn 8km is the Attica Zoological Park and the Glen Mc Arthur shopping center.

Cape Villa is a stunning, sunlit contemporary house right by the sea. It is perfectly placed to enjoy a relaxed vacation just by the sea, or to combine it with sightseeing around Athens. The house is located on the edge of the cape, just only 20 meters from the sea. It is about 35 minutes drive from Athens airport and about 50 minutes away from Athens city center. My place is in walking distance from the Temple of Poseidon in Cape Sounio, overlooking the blue Mediterranean sea. You’ll love it because of the comfy bed, the view with its breath-taking sunsets and its location altogether, as it is an hour drive away from Athens and relatively close to the Airport.
