Bring the family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Access by sidewalk from driveway to ramp to the back door back door is available. Yard is very spacious for children to run around in. It is also a quiet shaded neighborhood. All the comforts of home. Looking for a pool in the summer? There is a nice size one in the backyard that is open from Memorial Day until Labor Day, sometimes earlier and open later in the fall. We are very close to the Lawrenceburg/Lawrence County Airport.

There’s outdoor seating on the deck, a table and chairs outside and a lovely spot to enjoy an evening fire! We have an outdoor shower and bathroom for your use along with an outdoor kitchen where we are happy to offer coffee and baked goods for breakfast when available! Please let us know if you’d like those in advance. We also just installed solar power!

We are a family with bedtimes and booking after 9pm is not available.

Small rustic cabin on Factory Creek. Nice gravel beach on the banks of Factory Creek. Cabin has fiber high speed internet. Workspace has a small desk with two 27in monitors and a docking station. Two smart TVs, 55in on the inside and a 40in in the outside screened in porch. Propane grill downstairs. Two beds; a queen in the Loft(access to loft is by attics stairs~375lb rating) and a twin downstairs. There is also a large pillow-back couch.
