HomyHome is a nice studio flat on the 13th floor facing the sea. Open space composed of a double bedroom, small living room with sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen and a 120 m2 terrace with a splendid view of the sea and the city. It is located a few steps from the railway station and is about 300 meters from the port. The apartment is not accessible to people with mobility difficulties, the building has a lift up to the 12th floor, the 13th floor is accessible only by stairs.

Inside the recently renovated accommodation, you will find a welcoming environment and all the necessary comforts to spend a very pleasant stay.

Rome can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Inside the single-family house you will find a welcoming environment and all the comforts necessary for a very pleasant stay. Parking is reserved. On request connections to airports and railway stations.
