This lower unit is up on a hill that makes you feel like you are on the main level and actually has a better view than top unit!!! Wake up in the morning to a MAJESTIC view of Pioneer Peak! Views can be seen from every window! Our small kitchenette has everything you need to cook. Our BBQ grill is put out on the patio from mid-mid-September. Enjoy high speed wifi at the Bungalow!

Lower patio has chairs for sitting out and enjoying the green therapy of summer. Located 4 miles from Palmer this home and the surrounding yards are spacious, peaceful, beautiful and sure to please.

Newer custom 860 square foot ground level apartment attached to a 2500 square foot shop. Shop noise will be minimized during your stay. The apartment is a 10 minute drive from downtown Palmer, 25 minutes from Hatcher Pass and a beautiful 45 minute drive from north Anchorage (60 minutes from the airport). The apartment is a great base location to explore Alaska with easy driving to hiking, fishing and local tourist attractions. Alaska state fairgrounds are a quick 15 minute drive away.

Ron’s Knik Glacier Views is a brand-new private guest suite with spectacular views of the Knik Glacier and River. Includes 120-acres of Alaskan wilderness with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, sleeps 6. The accommodations include a walk out, wrap-around balcony. The 1250 sqft suite is the entire 2nd floor of my home. It is accessed by its own staircase and balcony. A 3-mile hiking trail takes you to 5500 ft. Come and stay in our 3 bed/2ba/2 car garage place. Full-sized kitchen w/ quartz countertops, stainless appliances, island & lighted back porch w/ grill for all your cooking needs. Full size washer & dryer. Living room & master bedroom have smart TV's. We provide unlimited wifi! This duplex is minutes away from the gas station, coffee shop, our historic Palmer town & 10 minutes from Hatcher Pass, a great place for snowboard & skiing in the winter and hiking & berry picking in the summer.

The Johnson House Cottage

The cottage is a secluded guesthouse in a friendly neighborhood with spectacular views of the Knik Glacier and river. This retreat has room for up to four guests. It is an open floor plan with a double bed on the ground floor and twin beds in an upstairs loft. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave. Propane BBQ on the deck and bathroom with a shower. Our cottage is not visible from the parking area so self check-in is not an option.
