Our charming free-standing apartment offers a private entrance with convenient parking in front. We are located in the center of Leelanau County's Wine Country; a birding, cycling and hiking, paradise. We are within close proximity to Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park and surrounded by miles of pristine Lake Michigan shoreline. There are abundant restaurants of varied ethnicity and quaint shops in the County and even more just 20 miles south in Traverse City.

Beautiful river views with a short walk to East bay! Located on Traverse City's beautiful East Bay we are minutes from Downtown Traverse City. Visit some of our award winning wineries or sit down and enjoy some fine crafted micro brews. You can enjoy relaxing in the sun on 600ft of sandy beach frontage. You can rent a kayak, jet skis, or paddle right off of our sandy beach. Friday and Saturday nights there is live music and S'mores at the fire pit.

Our Dark Chocolate apartment is a private, spacious 1 bedroom unit located above our new Grocer's Daughter Chocolate gelato shop in the village of Empire, Michigan. We're nestled in the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lake Shore, just 3 blocks from Empire beach. This is the perfect base camp for adventures in the park and a great location to explore the area. This apartment has a private, locked entrance, new Thuma king size bed and large patio!

Wind your way up the spiral staircase to find this hidden Leland gem. Indulge in the many restaurants, eateries and Leland Mercantile grocery & deli. Launch your canoe, kayak or paddle boards from our private lawn & enjoy the shared patio outback. Walk two blocks to Lake Michigan beach access or the Historic Leland Fishtown. This Studio offers a carry in Kitchen, microwave, toaster, apartment size fridge, trundle bed and large bathroom.

With public access to Little Glen Lake nearby, this unique and historic abode offers all the conveniences of home.
