This idea has nurtured and maturing for several years. We started building these four houses in january '17 and they will be finish in march '18 The old Faroese houses are agreeabel to the overall Faroese landscape, and we therfore naturally targeted this ancient construction/building method. The ground floor: kitchen and living room in one. End a bathroom. Top floor: one master bedroom, intended for two grown-ups and an additonal open space aple to sleep two additional grown-ups. The view from the house is regarded among the very best in the Faroe Islands. It is 83 sq. metres and is in a peaceful area with a stunning view over the bay and a great view over Kalsoy, Kunoy and Borðoy. There is a new balcony outside. The apartment is suitable for adults and families. The local bus stop is a 2 minutes walk away. There is private parking outside. From this apartment you can enjoy the islands by just staying in the apartment and feel at home.

Boathouse in Leirvík with spa Welcome to our modern boathouse with a beautiful view of the mountains and the sea. The Area The house is located by the marina in Leirvík. It is a peaceful place close to a grocery, restaurant, a bowling alley, a shop with local craft, art and boat museum, and also Viking ruins. There are good conditions for fishing and fishing gear is available. There is free parking, Wi-Fi and cable TV.

Denne særlige bolig er meget velisoleret og varm, og den er udstyret med gulvvarme , sum er meget behageligt og varmt i kolde temperaturer. Den ligger tæt på havet og for enden af en blind vej. Boligen er totalt 20 m2, og er et rum med køkken og senge plus et moderne badeværelse med bruser med masser af varmt vand. Der er bageovn og kogeplader, emhætte. Køleskab med indbygget fryser og ellers alt almindeligt køkkenudstyr.

Experience this newly built boathouse located right by the seafront and only 100 m from a grocery store, local bakery/cafe, public svimming/spa hall and public busses. The boathouse is 50 m2 + a loft equipped with all modern conveniences. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom and the main area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a sofa area with a TV that has access to several channels and wifi.

Cozy cabin sitting in the small valley Vesturi í Dal, with the river Gjógvará running just by. The location offers a wonderful natural playground for children, the peace and quiet that only nature has to offer, all while being within a couple of kilometers of shops, resturant, bar, cultural house and information office.

The Yellow house by the sea

A small, cozy apartment in the center of Klaksvík. It is located right by the ocean with a great view of the city and surrounding mountains. The apartment is within walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shops, the bus stop, swimming hall and more. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony in the evening breeze.

The Farmer's house

Experience a peaceful stay in beautiful surroundings where nature is all around you at The Farmer's House in Rituvík. The farmer's house is located right next to the family farm and it's 150 sheep. The house is newly renovated to ensure a pleasant stay.

New Boat House

New boathouse placed in the marina in Leirvík close to shop, bowling and resturant. Art and boatmuseum ,viking ruins and busstop within range off 200 meters. There is fishing gear in the house, which is possible to borrow.
