This unique space is a walk-out apartment attached to our newly built home. It is set on a working family farm in beautiful Penns Valley. We raise 100% grass fed beef along with some chickens and pigs. We use sustainable farming practices, and are invested in renewable solar and geothermal sources. The house is located 30 miles from Penn State, 10 miles from Greenwood Furnace and 25 miles from Raystown Lake.

And local Amish produce and wineries just down the road!
