Looking for a place to rest your head? This is a nice quiet spot located in Centre Hall just 15 minutes away from Penn State Campus and 18 Minutes away form the stadium. This is a private studio with it's own private entrance and space for your convenience. Walk to downtown centre hall and grab a slice from the delicious Brother's Pizza. This brand new listing is for a ranch style house (3 bed, 2 bath, private backyard) located in a family friendly neighborhood 10 minutes north of PSU campus and downtown State College. North Atherton Ave with restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities is less than 5 minutes away. Easy access from Rt. 322 to the PSU stadium. Our Guest House is nestled in the quaint town of Lemont with a view of Mt. Nittany out the back door. Conveniently close to downtown State College and everything Penn State. Enjoy a hike up Mt. The patio and firepit are relaxing spaces for you and your guests to enjoy!

Revisit your best Penn State memories in this clean & comfortable pet friendly modern 3 bed/2 bath duplex!  5 min ride to downtown State College and Beaver Stadium.   All new bedding/mattresses, (3 queen) but we also have 2 sofa beds in the loft available & air mattress. About us: Seasoned locals! we live in the other half of this duplex and are available as little or as often as needed ;) Fur babies welcome (under 25lbs..but all must be approved)
