The beachfront apartment has two well-equipped rooms, ideal for beach holidays for families and couples; in other seasons is a strategic point to peacefully enjoy the beautiful Ionian coast, the events in Taormina and to visit the region. The microclimate is really lovely to swim all year round. The beach offers a gorgeous view of Taormina and the Strait of Messina. Near the residence there is a "pizzeria" with a wood-burning oven (June / Sept .) Many restaurants and café in Letojanni.

The Mermaids' House (110 mq), for 6 people, is an ancient fishermen's house of the 1700, elegantly restored, equipped with every comfort and a stone's throw away from the beach. The house stands on two floors: - ground floor: terrace with table, chairs and solarium - living-Kitchen dining room with a double sofa-bed and a complete bathroom. -- from a wooden staircase, it's possible to access at the first floor: two double bedrooms sea view , both equipped with a private bathroom.
