Welcome to our unique loft, set in a former factory where industrial charm meets comfort. From the moment you enter, the character of the place shines through: an authentic hairdressing studio with vintage barber chairs and a handcrafted workbench. To the left, the open kitchen centers around a large island — cooking on one side, dining on the other. Straight ahead, a hanging swing adds a playful, unexpected touch. A large yellow sofa invites you to relax, separating the lounge from the workspace. Two dedicated desks and a versatile table let you combine remote work, creative projects, and shared meals with ease. Music is part of the atmosphere thanks to a ready-to-use amplifier. A beautiful bookshelf awaits your curiosity <3 please return books to their place after reading. Behind a discreet “western” style door lies the bedroom: a bright, cozy retreat with direct access to the terrace, shared with the living room. A full-height mirrored wall conceals the bathroom, complete with a shower, spacious bathtub, and all modern comforts. A singular, warm, and inspiring place — where every space has a story to tell.

Exclusive penthouse in Mechelen

This impressive building was a former music school, which has been renovated and turned into stunning private duplex apartments. This ensemble is more than a century old and has some very typical Belgian features with terraces, gardens, red bricks and metal beams. This beautiful home is very quiet and has a lot of lights flowing in. It comes with a large open kitchen fully equipped, bed linen and towels are provided as well. Digital TV and Wifi are available. Bedroom with king size box-spring. The bookshelves offer a nice choice of travel guides in English and Philosophy readings in Dutch! From there, you can walk to the main square where the weekly (Saturday before 13h00) fresh market is located with a wonderful choice of vegetables, fruits, flowers and other local products. The main train station is also accessible, Brussels and Antwerp are only 20 mn away with direct lines. A place for bikes is available, a local supermarket is also nearby as well as relaxing cafes and restaurants. Finally, the National Airport of Zaventem can be reached in 15 mn by taxi when there is no traffic.

De studio is bereikbaar via een aparte zijingang en biedt ruimte aan maximaal 4 personen (1 tweepersoonsbed en 1 slaapbank voor 2 personen). De studio bestaat uit een mooie open ruimte en is gelegen op de 1e verdieping, de voormalige hooizolder van onze boerderij. De gezellige studio heeft een ingerichte kitchenette, een comfortabel tweepersoonsbed, een badkamer met douche, een knusse zithoek met tv en een slaapsofa. Maximum 1 hond is welkom (na onderling overleg) mits €10 schoonmaakkosten.
