Guests will enjoy a relaxing stay with a private balcony along with a newly remodeled kitchenette and bathroom. A park with paved walking trail is one block away.

This comfortable home is located close to golf and all of Lubbock's best restaurants and shopping. It is also less than 10 minutes from TTU, LCU, and the medical district.

This is a wonderful and charming entire home with arched doorways and half century old wooden floors. two large bedrooms with shiplap closets hold comfortable clean beds with lots of pillows in this quiet Levelland house. The washer and dryer are in the garage if you have a longer stay. The backyard has plenty of room to cook some steaks and enjoy the beautiful evenings and star filled skies. There is a large parking area for trailers and RVs if you are here for an event at The Mallet.
