Easy access from the A27 and bus 5B into Brighton make this the perfect holiday home.

Buses 14, 14c run just across the street approx 20mins to Brighton Pier. 10 mins to Historic Rottingdean Village and 20mins by car to Brighton. When returning get off at Cavendish close.

The property is a short walk to beautiful Rustington beach (12-15 mins walk). Arundel and Goodwood are easily accessible as are Brighton, Chichester, and Portsmouth. Great location for the South Downs as well. We welcome dogs.

We are nicely tucked away from the busy world whilst still being close enough to the shops and seaside, which are about 2 miles away. Norton is conveniently situated for Walkers who want to explore the South Downs. We are roughly a 2 mile walk via footpaths to the South Downs Way.
