Nestling in Seven Dials full of cafes, restaurants, delis, eclectic shops and only a 20 minute walk from Brighton city centre, shops, theatres, mainline station and seafront, this cosy townhouse, bursting with character is a must stay! Warm and cosy in the winter months with an open log fire and light and airy in the summer months with a lovely courtyard garden. Parking is free for 1 car and pets are welcome. A complimentary hamper for longer stays.

The Lanes and all major attractions are just a short walk away. High ceilings, a modern kitchen and huge bathroom with big, free-standing bath & separate rainforest shower. There are two big bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one double. Plus there is a small double sofa-bed in the living room.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. We are less than a minutes walk to the Downs Link which is popular with walkers and cyclists and a short distance to the Surrey Hills and the Cranleigh High Street. There is a One Stop convenience store and a kids playground within a short walking distance. Our little house has been newly renovated with an open plan kitchen/living area, a shared outdoor garden and free onsite parking for up to 3 cars.

Kemptown Victorian Terrace House

A lovely three bedroom family house in a quiet residential area with open plan living space downstairs. There are two double bedrooms, and a single bedroom. There is also a cloakroom on the first floor. The house is only 300m from the beach via steps as Madeira lift is closed due to covid. Please be aware that car parking is not available at the property but I will explain where you can park nearby for £9.20 per full day. I have never raised my price for busy periods.
