Restored 15th century house in unique artist village with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, large terrace and sea view. Ten minutes (bike or car) to the best beaches in Liguria. Superb restaurants nearby. One hour to Nice airport. Limited availability, on request only. Preference is given to guests with artistic and/or creative occupations. Bussana is under threat to be 'Disneyfied' with eviction of us artist-inhabitants. Note: This house is in use by owner, not one that is created for commercial rent.

The room is situated on the 2nd floor with views over the pool and hills. The bathroom is inside the room separated by a wall. It has a large wardrobe, drawers, a mini fridge and a safe and is attached to a private library room which has a desk and chair and can be used to relax on the sofas. Free WIFI.
