Ground floor offers living room, kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom with two beds. You can also enjoy the fireplace. First floor offers the master bedroom with a full view balcony and a private bathroom. Kitchen offers all the necessary equipments. Entire villa has floor heating system.

Ailenizle huzurlu ve güven içerisinde konaklayabileceğiniz, Çanakkale Assos mevkiinde, kaz dağlarının eteğinde doğayla iç içe denize 3 km uzaklıkta bağımsız bahçe içerisinde müstakil taş ev. Bahçe katı daire ve bahçe tamamen misafirlerimize aittir. Taş evin üst katı bağımsız yukarıdan girişi olan belirli zamanlarda aile bireylerinin konakladığı bir dairedir.

Our Maisonette suite Lotros is an ideal two level apartment, that can facilitate up to 4 guests. On the lower level you will find the sitting area with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom . The steps lead you to the upper level, where you will find one Queen-size bed and wall closets. The Maisonnete suite provides sea views from both levels.
