Ground floor: 2 shower-rooms / WC, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed with a mezzanine floor (on which there are 2 sleepings for kid) and a bedroom with 3 single beds. Traditional house in Patrika one of the medieval villages of south chios specialy constructed for the collection of the mastic.Dating back to medieval times, fully renovated in 2018 with respect to the traditional architecture. Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort.
