Please note our condo sleeps 6 adults and 4 children. Please do not book for more than 6 adults. Our townhouse is located in Clearbrook, a 5 minute shuttle ride to Loon Mountain. It has 3 levels and offers an open living/dining/kitchen area, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and an open loft area with a queen sleeper sofa. Great for large or two families. Large picture windows with beautiful views of the mountains and a spacious modern layout. The house sleeps a maximum of 6 adults (2/bed) and 4 children.

Experience sleeping in an authentic tipi located at a unique, privately owned, small campground. Wake up and set off for an adventurous day of hiking or biking through the White Mountains, kayak or float the Pemigewasset River, spend it at one of the many attractions in the Lincoln/Woodstock area or just relax and read in the hammock surrounded by nature. In the evening walk or drive down the hill to downtown N. Woodstock to the many restaurants, breweries and shops for an enjoyable evening out!

You will be close to everything when you stay at at this centrally located condo. The river is directly behind the building and easily accessible via a walking path. Bring your tube, chair and river shoes. Cook up a storm or walk to the restaurants. The resort has a pool, sauna, hot tub, game room, fireplace. This suite is RIVER facing where you have a killer view of the river and the mountains. If the man has you down and you have to work, I have a desk in the bedroom for your convenience.

Minutes from the highway and the Ski area. The Pemigewasset River and its best swimming hole are right in the back yard. You will have access to the facility pools, hot tub, game room, and laundry facilities. Some of the town's best restaurants are within walking distance. The Lodge at Lincoln Station is the ideal place to stay!

This small cabin has been re-built with new pine paneled walls and ceiling, bunk beds, carpeting, electricity, a new Eco-outhouse!, solar shower and It is located at the edge of a field about 100 yards from our home. It is a perfect base camp for hikers 12 miles south of Franconia notch trail heads and Appalachian Trail crossing. The cabin is most often used by hikers who want a base camp near many of the most popular hiking trails near Franconia Notch. It is a peaceful and quiet place.
