Built in 2021 for guests, friends & family, this cozy cottage has all the amenities one appreciates, when living in the deep north country. After a day of outdoor recreation or local touring, kindle a wood fire in the wood stove, settle in with a good book or chill with a bottle of wine.

Our home is located in the middle of the beautiful village of Bristol; our private guesthouse is only a few minutes walk to town with great restaurants, a few bars, shopping, and specialty stores. The village of Bristol is in the heart of the Green Mountains close to Middlebury and Burlington, major ski areas, Lake Champlain, minutes to Vermont's best mountains, rivers, swimming holes, fishing, hiking, and biking. We have lived here over 25 years and we will be happy to guide you any way we can.

A queen size Inflatable mattress is available. It is a very short drive to hiking trails in the Breadloaf Wilderness and the New Haven River is within hiking distance. 30 mins to Middlebury Snow Bowl or Mad River Glen. 40 mins to Sugarbush. 1 hr 20 mins to Killington. The loft is not suitable for young children.

Drive another 15 minutes to Burlington or the Bolton Valley Ski Area. Hiking, biking and cross country skiing trails are nearby, or just sit on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the nearby river. Snow tires and front wheel or 4 wheel drive vehicles necessary during the winter months.
