An elegant kitchen that awaits your culinary delights, a spacious living area, a primary bedroom with a TV, a kingsize bed and a luxurious bath with a soaking tub and a walk-in rainfall shower, plus twin bunk beds for the kiddos. A small store and a farm to table restaurant are conveniently across the street.

This unique cottage promises all the modern comforts of home with the authentic Maine lakeside experience. We renovated our lakefront home in 2021 top to bottom - highlights include a jotul gas fireplace for chilly evenings, a gourmet kitchen, a large dock with kayaks and canoe, Lincolnville General Store just a short stroll away, beaches, hiking, shopping and superb dining all nearby.

Explore nearby hiking trails, Mount Battie, and the charming towns of Belfast, Camden, Rockport, and Rockland.

"The Lair" Guesthouse

"The Lair" is a just recently renovated small 200 square foot cabin with vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight. The building is located close to Green Tree Coffee and Tea, a coffee roaster, so the aroma of coffee will be in the air. We located about 400 yards South of the Islesboro Ferry and Lincolnville Beach and 2.4 milres North of Camden Hills State Park and Mount Battie. Free coffee from 8 am to 4 pm everyday! We are closed for Winter, will re-open Mid-April. Thank you.

We are centrally located just a short scenic drive to Camden, Rockport, Rockland & Belfast. Here, you'll wake up to the birds singing and a herd of deer out your window.

Ocean View Beach Loft Carriage House Lincolnville

This charming spot overlooking the bay is laid back and welcoming. Fully furnished, including linens, basic beach supplies —towels, chairs and umbrella. There is wi-fi and a Roku TV included (you will need your own streaming accounts), an air conditioner, and balcony with a view of Penobscot Bay. We strive to be an allergen free space so do not allow animals. We use all essential oil natural products (bleach disinfectant where needed) and natural laundry soap for our linens.

Scandi Apartment

Relax and recharge at this unique and tranquil apartment at Continuous Harmony Farm. Located on 46 acres of sheep meadow, forest and fields, our farm abuts Camden Hills State Park, offering dozens of miles of trails for hiking and biking. Farm activities include looking after our flock of Katahdin sheep, laying hens, bee hives, fruit trees and vegetable and flower gardens. Activities nearby include skiing, rock climbing, boating, horseback riding, paddle boarding and swimming.

Feel the magic in this quiet secluded hillside retreat. Awaken your senses with the smell of the salt air, pines and an occasional whiff of coffee beans roasting all while watching the ferry go back and forth to Ilesboro. A private half mile walk down the driveway will end at brick sidewalks leading you to Lincolnville Beach, one of Maine's stretches of sandy shoreline.

BREEZE, in a tree The Appleton Retreat

BREEZE Treehouse, at The Appleton Retreat is located on 120 acres of private land, bordered by 1,300 acres of a protected nature conservancy. To the south is the Pettengill Stream a resource protected area and to the north a large secluded pond. BREEZE does not have a hot tub but guests may reserve the sauna, which is close by and private. The Appleton Retreat is less than a 30 minute drive to Belfast, Rockport, Camden and Rockland, charming downeast seaside towns.

A hot tub is conveniently located off the deck for ultimate relaxation! This cabin is tucked away, surrounded by nature! But also conveniently located to so many wonderful spots in the Midcoast! Come enjoy the peace and quiet, where you can rest and recharge!
