Mari's house

The house is located in the seaside area of Taormina, Giardini Naxos town. The space is dedicated to my guests mq.100, 40 of which have a terrace on the beach. The house is about one meter higher than the beach. All openings in the house, overlooking the terrace. The result is a bright house with sea view. The apartment has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom with shower. My guests can enjoy the sea at all hours of day and night. The house is equipped with all comforts, including air conditioning, Internet WI-FI and direct access to the sea from the roof terrace which is on the beach. The outdoor terrace is furnished with 2 tables and chairs, loungers and sunshades. The kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, 4 burner stove, oven and sink. A few steps from home there are many restaurants, supermarkets, tobacco and cash. The proximity to all major highways and communications, make your holiday even more beautiful, you will have the opportunity to visit the most beautiful archaeological sites, tourist and historical sites of Sicily. It 'has a garage for 1 car, in addition to parking inside the residence.

Rifugio SERCLA

Incantevole rifugio immerso nel caratteristico paesaggio di vecchie colate laviche e boschi nel versante est dell' Etna, a quota 900 mt circa, attrezzato per brevi soggiorni per ospitare fino a 4 persone. Contesto ideale per amanti della natura e della tranquillità, nel vulcano più grande d'Europa, ricco di itinerari percorribili a piedi o in mountain bike. Il rifugio è ubicato in pieno percorso della gara di MTB "ETNA MARATHON" . Il rifugio offre piacevoli soggiorni in tutte le stagioni.

Casa Vacanze Maruca "Pina"

Situato nel verde ai piedi del Monte Crocefisso con terrazza panoramica sulle colline e valli circostanti e scorcio suggestivo sull'Etna, munito di ampio parcheggio privato, è gestito in famiglia con un'esperienza quarantennale. L'appartamento, denominato Pina, vi offre la sua ospitalità accogliendovi in una confortevole dimora dotata di due camere da letto, due bagni, un salotto ed una cucina. Potete inoltre usufruire di ampi terrazzamenti immersi nel verde ad un passo dal centro storico.

Posizione strategica per raggiungere i siti di maggiore interesse della zona : Taormina, Isola bella, crateri dell'Etna, Gole dell'Alcantara, Castelmola, Noto, Siracusa) e le famosissime winery . A bordo piscina potrete tuffarvi con gli scivoli ad acqua, giocare a ping pong o con il calcio balilla e ristorarvi al bar in autonomia . Possibilità di affittare anche tre posti letto su barca a bordo piscina (vedi "etna boat house")

Un paesino tranquillo dal caos cittadino ma nello stesso tempo a due passi dalle più belle mete turistiche delle nostre zone , infatti a soli 5minuti di macchina si arriva alle gole dell'alcantara , in 20 minuti si raggiunge la bellissima Taormina , l'Isola Bella .. e per chi preferisce la montagna in 40 minuti si può trovare a fare un'escursione sulla maestosa etna ..

Ubicata nel centro storico di Taormina, la casa si trova a 5 minuti dal Teatro Greco e dalla Funivia, a pochi passi dal Corso Umberto e da tutte le bellezze che Taormina ha da offrire. La casa gode di ogni confort, è composta da due camere da letto indipendenti con bagno privato e una cucina/soggiorno. La casa è molto luminosa grazie alle numerose finestre, ai balconcini con affaccio diretto in centro storico ed al piccolo spazio esterno privato.
