Il nostro alloggio si trova nel centro storico dell'isola, vicinissimo alla suggestiva Piazza di Marina Corta e 200mt dal Corso Vittorio Emanuele, la prestigiosa via principale dell'Isola con i numerosi locali, bar, negozi e movida notturna. L'appartamento è situato a pochi passi dalla spiaggetta di Porto delle Genti ed a 800mt circa dal Terminal degli aliscafi/navi. L'alloggio piace per la cucina ed interni moderni, insieme ad il confort per coppie, famiglie o gruppi di amici fino a 3 persone

L'appartamento "Attico sul mare" si trova di fronte la baia di Canneto dista 50 mt dal mare e circa 100 mt dal molo da dove partono le imbarcazioni per le escursione nelle altre isole, fermata del bus a 20 mt. La casa gode di un terrazzo veranda con una vista mare mozzafiato. Dispone di 1 camera matrimoniale,1 bagno, cucina dotata di tutti i comfort (TV satellitare W-FI lavastoviglie macchina caffè divano letto matrimoniale)attigua alla terrazza attrezzata con tavolo sedie divanetto e sdraio.

Casa Elisa is located 1.5 km from the center of Lipari. The house can be reached through an uphill road of about 500 meters. Recently renovated in typical Aeolian style with terraces covered with reeds supported by wooden beams resting on masonry columns and typical seats with tiled with antique hand-painted majolica. Access the roof of the house that has stone seats. From here you can enjoy the full 360-degree view from its Villa. The villa is also equipped with car parking.

L' Appartamento del Capitano si trova al primo piano della Villa degli Armatori e gode di uno spazioso terrazzo con una vista a perdita d'occhio sul mare delle Eolie. All’interno si conservano l’anima e la storia degli antichi proprietari, una famiglia di armatori eoliani la cui vocazione si può ritrovare negli arredi, nei quadri e nei dettagli che decorano gli ambienti. L’interno è composto da un ampio living con zona letto, una comoda cucina attrezzata ed un bagno adiacente.

Totally renewed in 2020 by a Sicilian architect in a very sober and minimal Mediterranean style, Casa Clementina is divided in 2 apartments. Each apartments has a confortable king size bed, a small separated kitchen, a bathroom with shower and terrace with little front-yard view where one can have a meals or relax on the deckchairs with a book. Perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday. You will be assigned apartment A or B depending on availability.

Eolian House "Sole" - Unique sunrise

Traditional Aeolian house, featuring a spacious sea-view terrace furnished with table, chairs, and sun loungers. The property is set within a large private estate, ensuring total silence, privacy, and relaxation. At night, with no surrounding lights, you can admire the entire Milky Way, and if you're lucky, even touch the falling stars. The moon rises directly from the sea right in front of the terrace — a truly magical sight.

Villetta Marina is located along the seafront of Marina Lunga in Lipari. The house is easily reachable from the port and it is within a walking distance from Via Vittorio Emanuele - the main corso that runs through the town. Villetta Marina is a perfect beachside house for a summer holiday. The glass-walled house enjoys a broad panorama of the sea, Monte Rosa and the castle.

Our holiday home is on the 2nd floor, It consists of a kitchen / living room with a sofa-bed for one and a half, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, as well as 2 large covered terraces with sea view and it can accommodate 2 to 4 people; The terraces are both equipped with tables and chairs for outdoor dining, there is a barbecue and a sun terrace with sun loungers.

Two romantic independent villas in typical Aeolian architecture with marvelous sea views, immersed in a huge private garden, fresh and tree-lined, including all comforts. Peace reigns supreme along with the song of cicadas, even in high season. The perfect compromise to be 5 minutes from the sea and the city center but in total tranquility.

My typical Eolian studio flat is situated within 3min walk from the port in the quiet street in historical centre of Lipari, near all the shops, restaurants, main bus/taxi stop which makes it a perfect base to expore Lipari and other Eolian islands.
