Our cozy home is newly constructed, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated, tucked in a private clearing with direct access to the Kingdom Trail network and VAST snowmobiling trails, minutes from Burke Mountain, and a short drive to Lake Willoughby. Just up the road from the village of East Burke, we are close to nearby amenities yet in a quiet hillside surrounded by nature, the perfect location for a weekend getaway, whether you are biking, skiing, hiking or exploring the Northeast Kingdom.

Up a charming dirt road past Brushwood & Fairlee Forests with hiking, biking and ATV trails nearby. Lake Fairlee is a scenic 10 min drive; 15 min to Lake Morey & I-91 and 30 min to Dartmouth College. Bretton Woods & Cannon are a short drive. Hiking trails, lakes, ski, & snowmobile trails all close by! Close to Littleton, Bethlehem, & Lancaster! Enjoy the landscaped back yard w/ fire pit & screened in patio. Hang inside & enjoy the view from the sunroom, or snuggle up on the couch in the cozy living room with wood stove.

Comfortable Home, Hot Tub, Trails on 140 Acres

This property is located in a remote and beautiful area of Vermont. The house is on 140 acres of fields and forest. There are 2.5 miles of private walking/snow shoeing trails in the woods. A large mowed area around the house provides space for grilling, outdoor dining, fire pit and games. The outdoor hot tub (emptied and refilled after each stay) is heated to 104 degrees year-round. This property is easily accessed from Route 2 and is on a well maintained dirt road. Minimum age to book: 25

Rustic Log Cabin #7 - “Streamside” is one of two cabins on the far side of the Salmon Hole Brook. As you enter this romantic log cabin, a king size bed with ceiling fan rocker and loveseat greet you which are in front of the fieldstone fireplace! A two person corner style jacuzzi awaits you. While soaking in the tub you can see the wood burning fireplace. A kitchen completes this studio style log cabin. We are 15 minutes from Franconia Notch State Park and Cannon Mountain.

Wright’s Mountain Retreat

A perfect romantic getaway, this secluded property sits on a private 10-acre lot located off from a well-maintained dirt road. The home sits on an open knoll with beautiful views and surrounding pastures. Recently remodeled, it features a private indoor infrared Sauna. Cell phone service is limited but WiFi is available. Located minutes from the Wright’s Mountain / Devil’s Den Town Forest hiking trail, named a National Scenic Trail in 2018. This is a non-smoking property.
