Arrivain Cottage is a traditional 17th Century croft cottage. Renovated to a high standard with modern amenities like super fast WiFi and under floor heating, yet still retaining original features such as deep oak window sills and wood burning stove. It is a scenic, peaceful retreat for up to two people. Arrivain Cottage sits in stunning scenery near the boundaries of Loch Lomond National Park, Perthshire & Argyll & Bute, making it the perfect base for visiting many beautiful areas of Scotland.

The Sailean Bothy, Island of Lismore

Cozy, rustic, off-grid, renovated bothy! A one-of-a-kind glamping experience in a stunning island setting right next to the sea Come and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and get back to nature. We provide 4 mattresses and 2 wood stoves, cooking utensils, pots and pans, a basket of wood, a composting toilet, solar lighting and bottled water. If you book the bothy, it's all yours. Make sure you don't forget to bring a sleeping bag and a pillow. We'll take care of the rest!

Tobar nan Iasgair, Isle of Lismore, Oban, Scotland

“Tobar nan Iasgair” means “Well of the fisherman”, for centuries, fishing boats would anchor here to fill up with fresh water. It’s a spacious family home, there's a huge sitting / dining room with wonderful views across Loch Linnhie, Benderloch, Ben Cruachan, and to the ferry terminal, and Island's, comings and goings. Situated on the beautiful Airds Estate in Port Appin and 5 minutes walk from Port Appin's excellent restaurants. This is a 3 bedroom cottage in a 300 year old farm building. It is 50m from the beach with direct access to the beach. There is no public road between you and the shoreline - it's very private! The views are spectacular and the kitchen is very well equipped. Perfect for hiking or skiing the mountains, kayaking to the seal colony or cycling and walking.

Mill House Steading is a contemporary conversion of a historic barn into a 2 bedroom architect designed home. The balcony overlooks the burn with views across the Sound of Mull to Tobermory. See countryfile series17 episode 7 to see the beauty of the landscape around us. The bay is perfect for watersports. The renovation was completed in March 2020 and provides stunning accommodation.

Bearnus Bothy on Isle of Ulva

Bearnus Bothy has been lovingly renovated using our principle of ecological design to repair, repurpose and use what has been washed-up by the sea. It is one of the last old residences outside of the main dwellings around the Main House on Ulva. As such there are no neighbours until you reach the tiny community on Gometra - where we live - another three miles down the track.
