Private Cosy house, along the water with canoes!

Recently renovated comfortable house (64m2) at the water in the green heart of Holland, surrounded by windmills and cows right across the canal. Close to the main cities and the Kaag lakes: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Zandvoort, Keukenhof 30, Schiphol-airport 15, Leiden 10 mins by car. During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

Our holiday park, De Tulpenacker, boasts a unique, green setting by the water, close to the Netherlands' larger cities and the beach. Here, you'll experience the tranquility of the meadows surrounding you, yet entertainment is close by. Amsterdam is only a 30-minute drive from our park. In spring, the bulb fields and Keukenhof Gardens are also easily accessible. It's the ideal place to enjoy a holiday with your family, friends, and relatives. De tuinkamer heeft een eigen ingang met zonnig privé terras met tafel en (lounge)stoelen. WiFi, privé badkamer met toilet en ruime regendouche. Een linnenkast, tafel met 2 stoelen, Nespresso koffiemachine, waterkoker, mini-koelkast en magnetron. Er is privé parkeergelegenheid op afgesloten terrein met laadmogelijkheid voor een elektrische auto. Ligging tussen de bollenvelden op 5 min fietsen van Keukenhof, historisch Dever, gezellig centrum en 20 min fietsen van het strand.

Welcome to the holiday apartment top two floors of the house. Own entrance from side of the house. There is a ground floor apartment (mine) and a two floor apartment above (for rent). House is on the water, with many trees, and windows. Big kitchen. Not good if you do not like stairs. The main bedroom has an attic with extra bed . Close to a supermarket, and the bus to Schiphol (Amsterdam). You may see our dogs outside, and sometimes hear them, when they talk to eachtother.

Dit mooie, compleet ingerichte huis in boerderijstijl, ligt aan de Kagerplassen in de buurt van Amsterdam en Leiden. Het heeft twee slaapkamers, een badkamer met een toilet en nog een apart toilet. Vanuit de woonkamer kun je genieten van de prachtige zonsondergangen. In de omgeving kun je wandelingen maken langs weilanden en molens. Het heeft een eigen aanlegsteiger. Keukenhof en bollenvelden in 10 minuten: sfeervolle en rustige vakantiewoning op groot, afgesloten privéterrein met dieren: paarden, honden en kat. Strand en zee, Amsterdam, Schiphol-Airport, Haarlem, Den Haag zijn allen binnen een half uur bereikbaar: zeer centraal gelegen. Vrije wandeling en fietspaden op aangrenzend gelegen natuurgebied van Staatsbosbeheer. Of u kunt genieten van de ondergaande zon aan het water, de Ringvaart. 2 fietsen staan klaar voor onze gasten.

Overnachten bij ons is een unieke ervaring die je tot volledige ontspanning brengt en je de essentie van de natuur laat proeven. Oude toegangspoorten en intieme hofjes vormen samen een sfeervol en harmonieus geheel. Ons concept is simpel, krachtig en vol energie – speciaal voor wie openstaat om de balans in het leven te (her)vinden.

Woonark midden in de natuur

A beautiful houseboat all to yourself! A beautiful location in the middle of the bulb region within cycling distance of the Keukenhof and the beach. Enjoy the freedom, the outdoors and the many birds and other nature scenes that take place around the houseboat. The houseboat was completely renovated and modernized inside and out in 2020. In 2023 the exterior will be (partly) equipped with another paint color. The ark is ready to offer guests a temporary home.

Knusse blokhut (17 m2) voor twee personen, voorzien van douche en toilet. Vrijstaand met veel privacy en volop ruimte buiten. Mogelijkheid om koffie of thee te maken. Er staat in de ruimte een tweepersoonsbed. Twee eenpersoonsbedden zijn ook mogelijk, we weten dit graag ruim van te voren, zodat alles klaar staat als je komt. Een heerlijk ontbijt kan worden bijgeboekt. Op aanvraag: avondmaaltijd te bestellen: verse soep met broodplank.

SUN studio is located directly at the sea and dunes. You can enjoy sunrise over the dunes and sunset in the sea from your studio. Seating area: sea and kite zone view. Double bed (160x200): dune view. Kitchenette: microwave, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher and refrigerator (no stove/pans). Bathroom: bath and rain shower. Separate toilet. Balcony. Own entrance. Beds made, towels, WIFI, Netflix included. No pets dogs. Parking for free.

B&B Sun-drenched Garden Chalet

Our sunny garden chalet is freely situated in our 400 spuare metre-large garden behind the house. The chalet has sliding doors to the garden, a pull out sofa bed (double), an open kitchen, underfloor heating and a wood stove. Enjoy the peace on your own sunny terrace among the flowers and plants! Located in the heart of the flower bulb area near the coast, within 7 minutes walking distance to the train station.
