Fully remodeled, the little cabin on the marsh is a 1 BR house with a loft. Inside is almost all wood. The house sits on the marsh water of the Waccamaw river. The neighborhood is a dirt road with a mix of mobile homes and houses. The neighbors are great and have lived on the street for decades. The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. World class golf, restaurants, and grocery stores are near.

We are on the Waterfront, also the natural part of Murrells Inlet. We have beautiful sunrises and views of the Inlet from our patio and backyard. The Waccamaw Neck Bikeway, which is part of the East Coast Greenway, runs in front of our home. (Bring your bicycle) Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens 1 mile South of us. The Marsh Walk is 2 miles to the North. Grahams Landing Restaurant is one lot over from us, within walking distance. Southern Hops is across the street.

Bring your boat for a day on the Waccamaw River with Hagley Landing within walking distance, with sunsets worthy of professional photographers. Relax, sunbathe and take a dip in the saltwater pool. Meander through the neighborhood of moss draped live oaks creating enchanting landscapes.

Jasmine Cottage

"Arrogantly shabby", situated on a quiet street right around the corner from the 'creek' where most enjoy fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and floating! Restaurants, shopping, and of course 1 mile to the beach! Coined W&D on site. Jasmine is located in the downstairs of the cottage. One bedroom featuring a queen bed and full bed. Bathroom has a large walk-in shower. Kitchen and living combo. Screened in porch and private fenced in area with table umbrella and chairs.

Reconnect with loved ones in this family-friendly place. Our condo awaits you with a spacious living room, cozy bedroom, and fully stocked kitchen. The pool, complete with lazy river, hot tub and playground is downstairs, along with a restaurant and tiki bar boasting amazing patio seating. You will also find an ice cream shop and a Starbucks. Beach shuttle is next to the pool, or you can choose to walk the 10-12 minutes through the resort to the private beach access.

Our Place consists of a large King bedroom, living room with pull out queen bed, butler’s nook and private patio. You are also have access to a shared foyer, front patio and community pool. We are located near multiple golf courses, amazing restaurants, the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk, historic Georgetown & only a mile from the beautiful beaches of Pawleys Island!

The Salty Barn by the Marshwalk

The Salty Barn is tiny and anything but ordinary. It’s within walking distance to the Marshwalk, with plenty of dining options and fresh seafood. The comfy sofa pulls out into a double bed, or, if you’re brave, you can climb the stairs up to the loft, which has a queen mattress. Relax inside with views of the greenery outside, or pull up an Adirondack chair and relax outside by the Chiminea. This is the perfect spot for a quick getaway with plenty to do nearby.

Beautiful Oceanfront 1BR condo

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Relax on the private balcony with a cup of coffee and enjoy an ever changing sunrise which is sure to invigorate the soul for a day of fun and adventure. Our condo is located in the heart of Garden City and just a short walk to the pier with fishing and local cafe’s to energize for the day. This newly decorated condo will sleep four adults and 2 children with a fully stocked kitchen for all of your dining needs.

1 BR Cottage/ Pool / Golf Cart/Near Beach

This is the perfect getaway for someone wanting peaceful surroundings, but wants access to all the action. The cottage includes a full bath, kitchenette, micro-wave, fridge, 2 burner stove, garbage disposal, TV, AC/heat, wifi, and its own balcony that overlooks the beautiful pool. You will have use of the pool, grills, fire pit and the golf cart. The beach is just a short 3 mile cart or car drive. Close to Myrtle B., Murrells Inlet & Georgetown

My condo is on the top floor which gives you a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean. The master bedroom and living room with cathedral ceilings have a wall of glass giving you a spectacular view of the sunrise over the ocean. The living area has sliding doors to the balcony overlooking the ocean. The master bedroom has a tempurpedic queen bed. The guest room has a queen bed and a bunkbed for children. The kitchen is well supplied.
