Located on a quiet street just 200m from the main square and 20m from shops and restaurants. Ideal for couples, families, or friends—where myth meets comfort! Please note: This is a privately-run accommodation, therefore we are NOT able to issue invoices.

Το studio/διαμερισμα που προσφέρεται είναι 22 τ.μ., με ενιαίο χώρο, διαθέτει ένα διπλό και ένα μονό κρεβάτι , με πλήρη κουζίνα ( 4 εστίες ,φούρνο , ντουλάπια και ψυγείο με καταψύκτη κανονικού μεγέθους) , ντουλάπα ,ξεχωριστό μπάνιο ,με ιδιωτικό μπαλκόνι και αυλή Studio/ apartment22 m² with one double and one twin size bed ,equipped with a full kitchen, (stove with 4 burners and oven, cabinets and a refrigirator with a fridge)wardrobe a seperate bathroom , smart tv,a private balcony and a yard.

Walking distance of 300 m to the local square with small restaurants, cafés, and shops. An authentic Greek village with ca. 7,000 residents. Enjoy a swim in the crystal-clear Greek ocean with the beach at a 10–15 minute driving distance from the apartment.

The apartment is next to the mountain (100 M.) and near the center of the town (about 5 min by foot) where are the bus station, many shops ,cafe, taverns etc.. You will have plenty of space for you and your family , its very comfortable, it have balcony to enjoy your coffee,it have a full equipped kitchen.. This apartment is suitable for families , for couples and for small groups.It is a good starting point for long walks at the mountain and to enjoy the sea(10 minutes by car)

Διαμέρισμα 50 τ.μ 2ου ορόφου με θέα στη θάλασσα και στο βουνό του Ολύμπου. Αποτελείται από ένα υπνοδωμάτιο, μία πλήρως εξοπλισμένη σαλοκουζίνα, ένα μπάνιο και δύο μπαλκόνια. Το υπνοδωμάτιο διαθέτει διπλό κρεβάτι με ανατομικό στρώμα, ντουλάπα και επίπεδη τηλεόραση. Στον χώρο του σαλονιού υπάρχει ένας καναπές-κρεβάτι, τζάκι, κλιματιστικό, στερεοφωνικό και Smart TV. Στο μπάνιο υπάρχει ντουζιέρα υδρομασάζ και πλυντήριο ρούχων.

A place to relax!Χαλαρώστε κάνοντας μια μοναδική και ήρεμη απόδραση στον μοναδικό Όλυμπο!Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του Λιτοχώρου, μόλις 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το πάρκο και δέκα λεπτά από το φαράγγι του Ενιπέα. Σε πολύ μικρή απόσταση υπάρχει πληθώρα μαγαζιών εστίασης και super markets. Σε πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια βρίσκεσαι στα πανέμορφα γήπεδα τέννις του Ομίλου Αντισφαίρισης Λιτοχώρου.

Stone cottage by the coast of Olympus

A large studio that benefits from high ceilings, fireplace, a full- fitted kitchen, and WC with shower. It has a double bed and 2 build-in sofas that turn into beds. The cottage is at the back of a larger house but has its own private garden. Ενιαίος χώρος με μεγάλη κουζίνα, μπάνιο, διπλό κρεβάτι και καναπέδες που γίνονται κρεβάτια.
