Κατάλληλο για ζευγάρια κι όχι μόνο, αφού παρέχει ένα διπλό κι ένα μόνο κρεβάτι για εσάς και το παιδί σας. Ακόμη, το παιδί σας μπορεί να παίξει απέναντι στην παιδική χαρά ενώ εσείς θα απολαμβάνετε στην αυλή τον καφέ σας. Για περισσότερη διασκέδαση μπορείτε να επισκεφτείτε την θάλασσα της περιοχής μόλις 5 λεπτά μακριά με τα πόδια, καθώς και το γήπεδο ποδοσφαίρου και μπάσκετ, τα οποία είναι ακριβώς διπλα

The central square of the town is just 2 minutes walking where you can find many restaurants, coffee shops, bars, markets etc. The bus station is just 2 minutes walking (called “Platia Makedonias” ). You can go in some of beaches such as Paralia and Olympic by bus. The Park of Katerini (Parko Katerinis) is just 10 min walking and it is a must visit place.

Fir trees house - Το σπίτι με τα έλατα

Βρισκόμαστε μόλις 6' με τα πόδια από τον κεντρικό δρόμο και 3' από το κοντινό super market. Υπάρχει εύκολο ελεύθερο πάρκινγκ έξω από το σπίτι. Το διαμέρισμα είναι ευρύχωρο, με δύο υπνοδωμάτια, με διπλό κρεββάτι στο κάθε δωμάτιο. Διαθέτει πλήρη κουζίνα, πλυντήριο ρούχων, ατομική θέρμανση και κλιματισμό. Το διαμέρισμα έχει μπαλκόνια παντού και μπροστά έχει σαλόνι μπαλκονιού. Πίσω υπάρχει κήπος με δέντρα. Υπάρχει η δυνατότητα και για βρεφικό κρεββατάκι αν ζητηθεί στην κράτηση.

Country studio with distance 5 minutes to the sea on foot.Having sandy beach and shallow sea with sand is ideal for kids. Rich nature surrounds the house in this quiet area making the area proper for nature lovers. There are campings in the area with organised beaches restaurants and mini-markets close to the house. Κaterini,Dion and Litohoro are 15 minutes far by car. Our area is beautiful as it combines mountain and sea. It worths visiting it!

A place to relax!Χαλαρώστε κάνοντας μια μοναδική και ήρεμη απόδραση στον μοναδικό Όλυμπο!Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του Λιτοχώρου, μόλις 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το πάρκο και δέκα λεπτά από το φαράγγι του Ενιπέα.
