Unlike most rentals ours includes all paper products, spices, plastic ware, toiletries, coffee, tea, all linens, beach chairs, noodle, sun screen, bug spray and GOLF CART available for RENT during your stay.

This charming 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, dog friendly home in Englewood is located 2 miles away from our beautiful Manasota Beach. Call this your home away from home, as you will find a flat screen TV, free wireless internet and a gas grill, washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. Bring your boat (boat ramp is located in the neighborhood), bathing suits, beach towels and sunscreen. We have the rest ready for you including beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, noodles and boogie boards.

The Tree house apartment has its own entrance and off street parking. Two blocks from Dearborn St. and 2.9 miles to the beach. Light and airy in a private setting with gardens, hammock, fire pit a quiet and peaceful, walking distance to everything the historic district of Old Englewood has to offer. Public tennis courts, great restaurants with live music and once a week a fantastic Farmers Market comes to town! Lemon Bay and Indian Mound are a nice walk to enjoy the sunsets

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway only accessible by boat. Little Gasparilla Island is a bridge-less barrier island off Florida’s West Coast in the Gulf of Mexico. Access is for residents and renters only, you will arrive by your private boat or jump aboard the water taxi for a 10 minute ride to our dock. No cars, shops, or restaurants on the island. The 7 mile beach is private and uncrowded. Get around LGI by renting a golf cart or explore by foot-you decide.
