Woodhaven

Woodhaven is located on Pegasus Farm. This is a rustic country setting, clean, with lots of charm. Fully equipped kitchen, a loft a with double bed, a double bed downstairs, electric heater and a wood heat stove. This beautiful structure is loaded with exotic redwood, a maple floor and stone accents. Built and furnished with recycled and reclaimed materials. The owners live in the beige farm house, there are two small cabins in the garden that we rent nightly, and there is a communal fire ring .

The cottage includes a queen bedroom, bath tub & shower, kitchen, living room, deck with lounge chairs & BBQ, and on-property hammock, gardens, meadows & forests. The property location is situated close to the town of Mendocino, approximately 4 miles directly east of town. It is a separate guesthouse from the main farmhouse. There are numerous trees surrounding the cottage, providing privacy. The views are of open meadow, forest and apple orchard. Lots of outdoor space; fire pit, redwood fairy ring with hammock, secret tree forts, lawn games, outdoor kitchen with sink, counter and BBQ.
