1 bed room apartment with a great view of a golf course. Fully furnished kitchen with oven and stove. Separate heat and air. Located 20 minutes from downtown Hot Springs and 25 minutes from Oaklawn casino. Located in Hot Springs Village with 8 golf courses, several lakes, pickle ball and tennis courts. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Very nice air mattress is available for guest. Hot Springs Village is a gated community. You will have to check in at one of the guard gates. Very easy.

Beautifully decorated and recently remodeled condo! 1 level. Over 1100 sq ft! Such a relaxing and peaceful space! Lots of cozy, soft linens and blankets…comfy mattresses! Soothing colors and all nestled in a safe gated community! TV and high speed WIFI …3 TVS …and a peaceful patio for dining outdoors or relaxing! Full size kitchen complete with all necessities… limit is 6 guests in this condo. We do not rent to smokers. No pets allowed… and please note it’s 15 min from a fast food chain.

Katherine's Place Luxury Lakefront Home!

Beautiful new construction lakefront on Lake Catherine. We love to sit on the back porch and enjoy coffee in the mornings. We have seen an abundance of wildlife including ducks, deer, geese, and otters. Enjoy swimming, boating, kayaking, and using the dock just steps out the back door. Trout are stocked in the winter months and can be caught near the dam; it is some amazing fishing. Only 5 min. to Garvan Gardens 10 min. to Oaklawn 15 min. to Downtown, and 11 min. to Lake Catherine State Park.
