Master & 2nd BD have king beds, 3rd BD on the main level has a queen bed. 4th BD/bonus room is downstairs & has 2 twin beds & a trundle. Den has a Queen futon. This cozy lake house is a great family retreat with a dock and a boat house. We provide kayaks, life jackets, fishing poles, tackle and gear, & fire pit. Enjoy ping pong. Pool table and 25 different board games and puzzles are available. There is a 55 foot zipline! Tree swing! Sleeps up to 10 in 2 queen beds, 4 twin beds & a sleeper sofa. 30 minutes from West Little Rock and less than 30 minutes to Mt. Petit Jean State Park and Pinnacle Mountain State Park. Gas grill provided.

Lakefront Cabin is ONLY 30ft. from the seawall, has a pedal boat to use if desired, EV Charger, level 2 available, bring life jackets (lake lowered 5 ft. winter, can’t use pedal boat or fish). Cabin has 2 bedrooms with kings, 2 baths (one tub/shower and other walk in shower), washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, 2 electric fireplaces, firepit outside, picnic table, patio table, charcoal grill and a swing close to seawall. Have many return guests that call cabin "A LITTLE PARADISE”.

Spend endless hours enjoying the hot tub on the covered deck with river views.
