Enjoy relaxing on the back deck, watching the sunset & ducks. You can fish right from the backyard, but no swimming. Master & 2nd BD have king beds, 3rd BD on the main level has a queen bed. 4th BD/bonus room is downstairs & has 2 twin beds & a trundle. Den has a Queen futon. Max of 2 NON SHEDDING DOGS must be on booking

This is a private entrance two-bed, two ensuite bath cottage with walk-in showers and Kohler soaking tub at 1800 SF.

This Lake Conway cabin comes with NEW Arcade games featuring PacMan and NFL Blitz. Take in the peaceful scenery w/ covered patio, fire pit and the plethora of restaurants close by. FYI: This cabin is very close to I-40. We have white noise provided for light sleepers. THERE IS LOUD HIGHWAY NOISE.

Roddy's Roost 湖滨小木屋 - 阿肯色州温泉

roost: n. a place or shelter - roost: v. to settle or stay, especially for the night. This family retreat was built in 1949 as a resting place, a place to recharge, to gather in the comfort of yourself, family and friends. 5 generations have protected this purpose, and it is unwavering. It is a sacred place to all who know the roost these past 75 years. We share it with you so that you may also benefit from her healing walls.

Our home is a level lot just feet from Balboa Lake, the largest lake in the village. The Village has eight well maintained golf courses and several lakes. We are surrounded by trees which turn magnificent colors in the fall. We are on paved roads and you will have no trouble accessing us. There is a great tennis facility with 12 clay courts and pickle ball courts are also available. The beach area is near us.

The guest house is separate from the main house and has it’s own parking and access. Keyless entry means no lost keys (code provided prior to arrival). Guests are welcome to use the dock for swimming, relaxing, or fishing. A covered patio with gas grill is also available to guests. NOTE FOR FEBRUARY 2026: our lake has been temporarily lowered so swimming, kayaking, fishing will not be available from our dock.
