Hilltop Guesthouse #1

Our guest house is a private detached studio apartment. Close to many local activities, including Kingdom Trails mountain biking, V.A.S.T. snowmobiling, Burke Mountain Resort and beautiful Lake Willoughby. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, toaster, coffee pot, silverware, glassware, and cookware. The bathroom has an upright shower, and full linens and towels are provided. We invite you to come stay with us and spend time seeing what Northern Vermont has to offer.

Come for the mountains, stay for the charm and amenities that Littleton has to offer! You can hike or ski or mountain bike all day then explore our charming town with its many restaurants and boutique shopping options. The Carriage House was built here in downtown Littleton on the banks of the Ammonoosuc River in 1896. This dive up studio, our sweet other mother-in-law suite has one King bed and one full size pullout sofa-bed and can accommodate up to 4 people but most comfortable w/3 or less.

Stone's Throw is a beautiful and spacious home on five acres in the heart of the White Mountains. There's room to stretch out, with lots of lawn, a fire pit and large deck for outdoor relaxing. Vacation time is precious, and at Stone’s Throw, you’re close to the best the White Mountains region has to offer. Our five-acre retreat is in a country setting, but is just “a stone’s throw” from hiking, boating & theme parks as well as the shopping, cinema, brewery, and beauty of downtown Littleton.

Bretton Woods & Cannon are a short drive. Hiking trails, lakes, ski, & snowmobile trails all close by! Close to Littleton, Bethlehem, & Lancaster! Enjoy the landscaped back yard w/ fire pit & screened in patio. Hang inside & enjoy the view from the sunroom, or snuggle up on the couch in the cozy living room with wood stove.

The Loft at River's Edge w/hot tub!

The Loft at River's Edge is a private, spacious, second floor river view apartment at the end the hosts' main house. Views of the Connecticut River and Vermont's mountains are breathtaking. Spacious lawns abound throughout the property. Guests have their own outdoor area where they can enjoy a hot tub, fire pit, gas grill and picnic table. Kayaks and canoes are available for guests to use free of charge. The loft is a comfortable and peaceful place to call your "home away from home."

This log cabin is set in the woods in a rural part of northeastern Vermont. Escape the hustle and bustle, clear your mind, and enjoy nature. A great place to get some fresh air or to stay in and take a nap. Beautiful summers for easy hikes and refreshing swims in the lakes of our local Groton State Forest, unbelievable foliage to view from small dirt roads, and tons of outdoor winter activities. Great for a couples getaway, friends weekend, or some quality time with the family.

Our house in rural Plainfield is a quiet place to enjoy Vermont's country roads, fields, mountains and night skies. Summer in Vermont is glorious, with blue skies, verdant fields, and full gardens. In fall, the maples turn red, orange, and gold. We welcome people of all races/nationalities. We strive to accommodate people with disabilities. We love to host families with babies and young children.

Comfortable 1 bedroom condo located in the heart of Bethlehem. Apartment is located on the second floor and includes fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom as well as an extra entrance leading to a deck. Bedroom includes 1 queen bed while the living room couch can turn into a full sized futon.
