Die im ersten Stock gelegene Wohnung bietet einen großzügigen Wohn/Essbereich, eine top ausgestattete Küche, zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder,Klimaanlage, W-Lan sowie einer Terrasse mit Meerblick. Außerdem befinden sich im gemeinschaftlichen genutzten Garten Sonnenliegen und ein Grill. Ein Abstellplatz für Ihr Auto wird zur Verfügung gestellt.

Swallows and blackbirds fly above, while fragrant herbs attract bees and grasshoppers. It’s a touch of nature where we live side by side in perfect harmony, without a single problem.

It has 3 bedrooms, kitchen and dining room, living room and bathroom. It is very comfy and spacious for 4 people, either family with children or couples. In the garden is a parking lot, summer kitchen with grill and sitting area. The terrace is detached which is great for relax and even sunbathing. The apt. has a private entrance.
