Nestled in a fenced garden, about 2000 m2, in the midst of nature with a fantastic view over Lake Maggiore. We rent house B alone or on request together with house A with an extra charge. If you rent just 1 House, the other house remains empty. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Breath fresh air from the mountain.

Das dreihundertjährige Haus wurde 2021-2024 aufwändig restauriert mit dem Ziel, seinen Charakter zu bewahren. Beim Umbau mit lokalen Handwerksbetrieben wurde viel Wert auf die Verwendung natürlicher Materialien gelegt. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet mit einer luxuriösen Küche, einem modernen Bad und einem tollen Garten.

Il rustico dispone di una terrazza con vista sulla valle e sulle montagne. Il rustico è raggiungibile a piedi in circa 5 minuti dalla strada. Lionza é raggiungibile in auto in 25 min da Ascona. É un paesino situato a 800m di quota che offre una veduta su tutte le Centovalli, potendo ammirare i suoi paesini idilliaci e le montagne imponenti.

Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um das Tessin zu entdecken. Der Lago Maggiore zu Füssen, die Täler und die Zentren ( Locarno, Bellinzona und Lugano) auch mit ÖV gut erreichbar, wie auch die Märkte in Italien. Im Winter und während der kühlen Jahreszeit, empfehle ich das kleine Studio nur für eine Person.
